Inbound Call Center Representative

Lyneer Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representatives. Competitive Pay and great individual and team goal oriented environment.

Duties of Call Center Customer Service Representatives include:

  • The customer service representative acts as the primary point of contact for customer orders
  • Will be taking the inbound calls from customers
  • The Inbound CSR will be doing extensive data entry and must have heavy customer service within a call center
  • The inbound CSR ensures a timely and professional response to incoming customer calls/orders
  • The inbound call center representative answers incoming customer calls in a prompt and friendly manner
  • This individual will communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality of customer account information and customer order data
  • The Inbound Call Center Customer Service Rep demonstrates the ability to effectively maneuver through multiple system screens, utilize available department tools/information and requesting assistance as needed

Requirements and Work Activities for the Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representatives:

  • Strong verbal communication

  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries via web, email and phone
