Job Description

Direct hire position for an experienced office manager or supervisor to oversee small team including warehouse staff, sales and customer service personnel.

Primary Responsibility

  • Prepare sales orders for incoming orders and maintain the status of these orders.
  • Coordinate and cost, Shipments to and from the facility. Prepare shipping paperwork.
  • Invoice sales orders once they have been completed.
  • Answer phones and handle customer inquiries
  • Supervise warehouse personnel
  • Maintain required inventory levels and adjust as needed

Secondary Responsibility

  • Responsible for Opening and Closing of Facility
  • Responsible for maintaining facility

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • College degree preferred, previous experience will be considered in lieu of degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Supervisory experience

  • Walking, Standing, Sitting
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs.
