Job Summary:

looking for an enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual who will partner with our Payroll team to deliver high quality service to our operations and business units. The Payroll Administrator reports to the Controller and is responsible for processing a weekly payroll for 250+

  • Input employee data including but not limited to: New Hire/Rehire, Employee Benefit Eligibility, Employee Master Data Changes, Employee Banking Information, Employee Leaves, Terminations, Lay Offs, and Retirements
  • Prepares weekly payroll by verifying time records
  • Liaison between Project Team to ensure accuracy with project and scope of work
  • Fulfills all wage garnishment requirements and manages all other payroll deductions
  • Provides support to crew and training of time tracking operations
  • Manages processing system changes as crew and projects are added
  • Manage the integrity and timeliness of Master Data based on policies, union agreements, payroll processing schedules, and Viewpoint payroll procedures
  • Complete payroll administrative responsibilities as needed
