Lease Coordinator-Accounts Payable-Finance

Lyneer staffing is seeking an Experienced Accounts Payable - Lease Coordinator to Research and interpret real estate lease documents. Process real estate lease invoices and handle all other administrative duties within the department.

Skill Requirements

Administrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, motivate others, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications.

  • Negotiate lease renewals or refers to broker
  • Negotiate New Lease Site or refers to broker
  • Prepare, complies and completes internal approval documents
  • Submits approval documents to Corporate Real Estate and responds to inquiries
  • Reviews and/or draft lease documents according to company policies and guidelines
  • Submits lease document to Law Department and responds to inquiries
  • Obtains and documents all required approvals from Corporate Real Estate and Law Department
  • Manages Lease document through execution and processing
  • Must have exceptional attention to details and strong computer skills. Proficiency with Access, Word and Excel
