Our client provides outsourced supply chain solutions for businesses. They will take care of all your warehouse, order fulfillment, and call center needs!

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to your team and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly. You will generate reports through excel, handle all incoming emails, and assist with data entry on special projects.

Your Day:
  • Manage and route phone calls appropriately
  • Process and report on office expenses
  • Maintain physical and digital employee records
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings
  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Organize company documents into updated filing systems
  • Address employees’ and clients’ queries (via email, phone or in-person)
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Update office policies as needed

Job Requirements

About You:
  • High school diploma
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic math skills
  • Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
