Get to Know Our Client:

Our client, a designer and importer of fashion-forward décor, is looking for an Administrative Receptionist to join their crafty team!

Your Day:

  • Answer incoming calls, determine caller’s needs and transfer to the appropriate department
  • Greet visitors and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
  • Assist the accounting department with filing, invoicing, etc.
  • Order & monitor office supplies by checking inventory and order items
  • Generate memos, emails, report
  • Assist with customer service calls
  • Process FedEx labels


Job Requirements

About You:

  • Must have 3 years of experiences as Administrative Assistant in a professional business environment
  • Must have superior customer service skills and be self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual is a huge plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work independently with all departments
  • Able to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
