Duties for the Administrative Assistant include:

  • The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for full administrative and office support activities
  • This individual will assist in the operations of the department/division
  • The Administrative Assistant will answer and direct telephone calls
  • Be the face of the organization by greeting, receiving and directing visitors
  • Responsible for creating correspondence to include letters, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • The Administrative Assistant will coordinate schedules for meetings, events, staffing;
  • Will oversee specific departmental processes; recordkeeping, and data entry.
  • The nature of this work is highly confidential and requires discretion interacting with all levels of the organization and external customers

Requirements and Work Activities for the Administrative Assistant:

  • High School Diploma / GED Required
  • Experience as an Administrative role
  • Computer experience required
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Reading comprehension
