Position : Administrative Assistant

Hours: 8:30-5:00 1/2 hour Lunch

Duties: To include but not restricted to the following:

Telephone-answering, directing calls, talking messages

Typing-quotes, correspondence, job instructions,Accounts Receivable Invoices, Etc.

Using Microsoft word-Job order Form-Bid Forms-Etc. Using typewriter

Record employee time, Materials and Purchase Orders on Job Order forms.

Prepare Accounts Payable invoices for processing

Filing-Correspondence,quotes,jobs instructions, A/P invoices etc.

Tax Exemption Certificates- ensuring that we have customers current certificates in our file.

ACT-maintain customer base

Cross train as back-up to Office Manager

Maintain Certificates of Insurance files-Customers and Sub Contractors
