Lyneer Staffing solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant in San Diego, Ca. Administrative Assistant will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success

Contract to possible Hire Monday -Friday 730am-4pm

Enter projects in to specific based software systems
Filing
Scanning documents, distributing and e-filing
Organize paperwork and create files
Able to create Folders and save Bookmarks/Favorites using Windows Explorer
Detail-oriented, friendly, professional
Able to listen, follow instructions, and take good notes;
Able to manage multiple tasks, utilizing several different applications; experience working with two monitors preferred
Software skills: Excellent with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; Proficient with MS Access
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
