Shift: Morning Shift

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting with administrative work as directed by President and Office Manager
  • Assist in issuing Purchase Orders as needed/ requested. Assist Comptroller as needed
  • Freight Bills, match with Vendor & Customer invoices. Code accordingly
  • Code all A/P Invoices/ Send to Uplevl
  • Update Purchase order status
  • Maintain Backorders, communicate with Customer and Vendors
  • Vendor Quotes
  • Storing Print cards to part numbers in inventory system
  • Any other administrative clerical work needed as requested
  • Observes and adheres to all safety rules and regulations
  • General overall housekeeping of work area

Requirements

  • Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills ( friendly, courteous and helpful)
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure using whole numbers and common fractions and decimals.
  • Time Management- The ability of organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong team player and has a commitment to company values
  • High level of skills to work effectively with others
  • Relatively high level of analytical ability to solve complex problems
  • High level attention to detail
  • Basic Computer and keyboarding skills
  • Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High School Graduate or GED
