Responsibilities

  • Set up automated emails
  • Correct shipping system errors
  • Data/ Order Entry
  • Research Orders
  • Apply payments, credits, and refunds to orders
  • Prepare Invoices
  • Offer Code/SKU set up
  • Assist with new account setup

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Type 30-35 words per minute
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Active listening, critical thinking and reading comprehension skills
  • Problem solver- trouble shooting
  • Able to multi-task
