Job Description

Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 (DOE)

About the role oversee day-to-day management of the office & warehouse, including:

  • Organizing and management of office supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Oversight of lobby security, including maintaining name tags, temporary security badges and parking passes for visitors and new hires.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on new hire or departing employee provisions.
  • Facilitate building communication for employee perks and office events.
  • Mail/delivery management including FedEx shipping.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills with the ability to read/write/speak fluent English.


  • MUST have a minimum of 3 years office/work associate experience to be considered.
  • MUST be available to work Monday Friday - for full time.
  • Skilled in office software such as Excel, word, etc.
  • Familiar with warehouse industry is preferred.
