Job Description

Temp to hire administrative position for an experienced office administrative assistant with customer service skills. Duties include but not limited to; answering phones, making outbound calls, speaking with customers, placing customer orders, taking messages, relaying messages to people in the warehouse so physically will go into the warehouse to find personnel when needed. Also, data entry, MS Word and Excel and general clerical duties that come up. Must be detail oriented, comfortable asking questions and OK working in an environment with a cat. Must have steady work history in an office, comfortable walking into the warehouse, MS Word and Excel experience, well-spoken and detail oriented.
