Job Description

Shift: 9:30am-6pm (M-F)

Pay Rate: $11.50/HR

Position Responsibilities:

  • An impressive telephone etiquette and skills to handle inbound troubleshooting calls.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service internally and externally.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers.
  • Proactively responding to product/service inquiries via telephone, email or fax
  • Accurate at placing and processing of orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines
  • Recognizing and acting on the opportunity to up sell additional products and services to customers.
  • Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases and quotes in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on all open quotes and unresolved customer inquiries.
  • Properly and accurately documenting all calls is required.
  • Able to promptly direct calls that come through the operator queue.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet all deadlines. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Must be fluent in both Spanish and English

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma and combination of equivalent experience will be considered.
  • customer service experience preferred
  • Good communication (oral and written) skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Typing proficiency of 40 wpm.
