Job Description

  • Working as a Counter Sales Associate is a very varied role and involves liaising directly with clients as well as suppliers
  • Process customer orders, maintain communication with customers and provide all necessary updates on their orders in a timely manner
  • Coordinate deliveries and monitor logistics involving customer orders
  • Work directly with suppliers, outside sales representatives and shipping companies to resolve claims resulting from damaged products
  • Match purchase orders to invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Process sales invoicing in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Assist the sales team with quotations and client/product knowledge
  • Maintain and file all records in accordance with company procedure
  • Enter all data into database accurately & in a timely manner

Job Requirements

Must be fluent in Spanish.

Minimum High School Diploma

Minimum 3 years of Customer Service & Office Professional Experience Required.
