Job Description

National Reference Medical Lab is Seeking Customer Service Representatives with medical knowledge, billing, or collections experience. Fluent in English and Spanish

Medical Experience (Doctor office, insurance, pharmacy, etc...) is a Plus


Customer Service Reps will be answering multiple telephone lines to act as a liaison between a medical lab and it's customers to help with inquiries and problem resolutions.

Monday-Friday 10am-630pm

Customer Service Job Description:

The Customer Service position will require candidates to make outbound calls and may receive the inbound calls at times. resolving billing issues, collecting outstanding balances, and processing patient correspondence. Calls will be going to patients, doctors, and insurance companies.


Successful candidates will have a customer service background (this is a call center environment).

Customer Service Job Requirements:
Customer service reps Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Data Entry experience is a plus
Medical office or insurance experience a plus with Customer Service
Must be able to problem solve and help resolve billing issues with excellent Customer service skills
Work with Confidential information-entering patient demographics, tests, or other information

Contract to possible hire
