Job Description

Are you a Billing Clerk with third-party logistics experience? Do you enjoy supporting a variety of financial, non-financial, and customer service related projects? If so, then our client is looking for you!

In the role of Billing Clerk, you will:  

Your Day 

  • Receiving and sorting incoming payments.
  • Helping to manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
  • Check the validity of debit accounts.
  • Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments.
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines.
  • Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
  • Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.

Job Requirements

About You

  • Proven experience as a billing specialist.
  • 10 Key Speed and Accuracy.
  • 35 WPM 
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Previously working in a third party logistics environment.
  • Results-driven and patient
  • A high degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
