Lyneer Staffing Solutions is a well established staffing company that has grown into a powerhouse workforce solutions firm. Lyneer has been in business for over 20 years and now has over 100 locations. We are rapidly growing in the North/ Central Jersey area and hiring a Business Development Manager to help expand our business.

This position requires a self starter to develop and maintain a sales territory (North / Central Jersey) to increase top line revenue and bottom line results. Must be business savvy and excel at cold calling, generating leads and closing business deals. You must possess a strong passion for sales. Our commission structure will offer you a high earnings potential.

Job Requirements:

- Previous staffing industry experience

• At least 2 years outside business to business sales experience required

• Demonstrate excellent negotiating skills

• Demonstrate experience in selling strategic sales solutions

• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources is a plus

• Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition

• Knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales management systems

The responsibilities of a BDM include (but are not limited to):

- Generating new business based on cold calls and leads

- Meeting with prospective clients to identify their needs

- Negotiating business terms and establishing relationships

- Tracking sales activities
