Job Description

Temp to hire opportunity after 90 days for several customer service representatives in a call center to start ASAP. Excellent opportunity for someone to gain office experience that can be flexible with their work schedule. Kindly note these are soft calls that are not collections. The CSR will be making no pressure calls to customers that have missed a payment or may need further information. There are no goals to hit, just friendly reminder calls. Must be flexible with the work schedule as 2 days a week needed to work until 8:00PM or 9:00PM and 2 Saturdays a month from 8:00AM-noon. Training schedule for the first 4 weeks is M-F 9:00AM-4:30PM. Once permanent the pay jumps up to $12-$14 hourly depending on experience plus benefits included. Call center experience preferred however will consider candidates out of a retail or hospitality environment. Candidates must have basic computer skills and flexible with the work schedule as noted.
