Client in Langhorne, PA is seeking high energy, infectious personalities with the ability to inspire others into action. As a key member of the inbound contact center, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and completing outbound calls while listening to the callers needs and working to fulfill the appropriate sales opportunity for that caller to ensure retention. You will be responsible for fostering customer relationships by building rapport with the callers and creating a positive customer experience for each caller.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active Accident/Health and Life Insurance license through your state of residence (Life, Accident/Health Insurance license required.
  • Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year or more call center experience - will be trained
  • Prior medical or health insurance experience
  • Some sales experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology helpful
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional grammar and ability to read and write English
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills with an attention for detail
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.

Paying $16/hour up to $20/hour with a 95% attendance record per week.
