Required:

  • Exceptional computer skills - Excel, Pivot Tables, Word.
  • Experience in customer service department for 5+ years W/web based order system
  • Direct contact with Customers and Consumers
  • Products - Process of orders - from acceptance of orders to completion of shipments
  • Supervision of customer service department
  • Detail Oriented
  • Experience with Freight Carriers
  • Good follow up and follow through on projects
  • Bi-lingual - English/Spanish
  • Experience with International Shipping
Not required but a plus would be:

Experience with Walmart orders / Retail Link

Note : This person must be a "roll up your sleeves" type of person - Responsible for managing the Customer Service Department.
