Job Description

National Reference Medical Lab is Seeking Customer Service Representatives with Medical Experience (Doctor office, insurance, pharmacy, etc...)
Customer Service Reps will be answering multiple telephone lines to act as a liaison between a medical lab and it's customers to help with inquiries and problem resolutions.

Monday-Friday 330pm-12am

15.00 -16.00

Bilingual a plus.


Customer Service Job Description:

Position will require candidates to answer inbound calls, resolving billing issues, collecting outstanding balances, and processing patient correspondence. Calls will be coming from patients, doctors, and insurance companies to answer questions and resolve billing issues & inquiries. Will be collecting electronic payments, updating claims/denials, updating insurance info, discussing outstanding balances and offering payment options/plans.
Successful candidates will have a customer service background (this is a call center environment). Prior collections experience is also a plus, but the focus of this department is customer service.

Customer Service Job Requirements:
Customer service reps Must be able to sit for long periods of time
Data Entry experience is a plus
Medical office or insurance experience a plus with Customer Service
Must be able to problem solve and help resolve billing issues with excellent Customer service skills
Work with Confidential information-entering patient demographics, tests, or other information
