Job Description

Seeking for a customer service/Logistics representative. Will be working front office, answering phones calls, emails, Bill of Ladings, invoices, keeping our customers updated on the status of their orders. Monday - Friday 8:am- 4:30pm, pay rate 14$ temp to hire

Pay Rate: $14 to $15

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and orders in a friendly and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Partner with Management to resolve escalations within service level agreement time frames
  • Call pre-existing customers to tell them about specials

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries via web, email and phone
  • Commitment to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect
