Customer Service Representative / CSR

Lyneer Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives. Competitive Pay and great individual and team goal oriented environment.

Duties of Customer Service Representative include:

  • Customer Service Rep will be calling preexisting customers to tell them about specials and doing general sales calls. Sales experience is helpful.
  • This individual will also be proactively calling existing customers
  • The customer service representative acts as the primary point of contact for customer orders
  • The CSR will be doing extensive data entry and must have heavy customer service within a call center
  • The CSR ensures a timely and professional response to incoming customer calls/orders
  • This individual will communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality of customer account information and customer order data
  • The Customer Service Rep demonstrates the ability to effectively maneuver through multiple system screens, utilize available department tools/information and requesting assistance as needed.

Requirements and Work Activities for the Customer Service Representatives:

  • Customer Service experience
  • Sales Experience preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Reading comprehension
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries via web, email and phone
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns
  • Achieve monthly and individual team based targeted performance goals
  • Commit to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills
