Job Description

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm OR 10:30am - 7:00pm Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and orders in a friendly and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Partner with Management to resolve escalations within service level agreement time frames
  • Call pre-existing customers to tell them about specials
  • Temporary Program calling on Health Care providers (Doctors & Nurses) to inform and/or confirm their attendance at speaker programs

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries via web, email and phone
  • Commitment to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect
