Responsibilities

  • Respond to high volume of customer in-bound calls in a friendly and timely manner
  • Help customers by answering questions regarding product, tracing orders, and issuing customer refunds.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries via web, email and phone
