Large firm located in Bensalem, PA is seeking a Service Coordinator for immediate need..

Overview: The Technical Service Coordinator position is responsible for providing phone support and troubleshooting for our clients, scheduling service and installation appointments, maintaining proper written notes and documentation in our client folders and software systems, and confirming all appointments one day prior to the scheduled time. Furthermore, this role includes sending out offer letters to clients that are eligible for the Extended Labor Warranty, preparing all paperwork and folders for sales, service and installation appointments, and keeping an inventory of all forms, brochures, folders and other sales, service and marketing materials. This person also prepares quotations for new and used product sales and is responsible for inside sales support as needed.

The ideal candidate will be professional and have excellent customer service, organizational and phone skills. You will be expected to handle client calls for service, sales and scheduling. You will manage technician's paperwork and schedules, provide equipment quotes and create marketing folders. You should be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and be able to move from project-to-project with ease.

Minimum Experience and Education:

  • 3 years or more of relevant, professional customer service and scheduling experience
  • Associates Degree or some completed college coursework preferred

Essential requirements for the job:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to occasionally lift 10 lb. files, boxes, tools, equipment, etc.
  • Ability to answer phones and appropriately address customer concerns
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Planning, scheduling, and time management skills
  • Strong in use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
  • Skills to create orders, schedule Company personnel in efficient, cost-effective manner
  • Good oral and written communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in high stress, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and within a team structure
  • Ability to comprehend technical information and pass associated training exams
