Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Pay Rate: $13

We are looking for Customer Service Allstars that want to provide awesome experiences for our clients. You will be taking inbound calls in our Phoenix based contact center, where having a good phone repoire, as well as being professional is of the utmost importance. In return you will be rewarded for your hard work with the opportunity for growth and advancement in a laid back, casual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls in a friendly and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Partner with Management to resolve escalations within service level agreement time frames
  • Be able to follow scripted responses to questions asked by the customer

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries via web, email and phone
  • Commitment to treating clients and coworkers with integrity and respect
  • Flexibility to work a weekend day if necessary
