Job Description

Temp to hire opportunity for and experienced Customer Service Representative to interact between sister companies to address all inquiries, sales regarding products and services. In addition help with product associate administration duties for the front office.

Duties:

  • Direct incoming calls and monitoring general delivery mailbox
  • Manage document scanning
  • Record daily provided tracking numbers and calculate dock date
  • Record incoming RFQ responses
  • Review and record vendor PO acknowledgments
  • Quote and Order entry
  • Order Maintenance and order reports
  • Expedites and missed promise reports
  • Quote Accelerator Loading
  • Credit and Re-bills
  • Enter and investigate RMA requests
  • Sample orders
  • Vendor stock checks and check ship sure orders

Requirements:

Strong customer focus and experience of minimum 2-4 years

MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency and the ability to maintain reports

ERP system order entry experience

Ability to learn and preform multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment

Strong attention to detail

High School Diploma
