Job Description

Shift: 11:30am - 8:00pm Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $16 - $17 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Oversee call center agents
  • Monitor calls
  • Manage the call queue
  • Taking calls when needed
  • Respond to incoming customer calls and orders in a friendly and timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Partner with Management to resolve escalations within service level agreement time frames

Requirements

  • Must have prior Customer Service/Call Center Team Lead experience
  • Must be able to work 11:30am - 8:00pm M-F
  • Ability to speak, read and write English
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Proficiency in Windows based applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication and reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries via web, email and phone
