Lyneer Staffing is seeking a Customer Service specialist to join a company of innovators, game-changers, and entrepreneurs. Our client is a leader in Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems, Aircraft Modernization and Maintenance, and Government Services. 

In this role, you will provide phone and e-mail support duties for customers worldwide and assist Managers in providing high-quality customer service. You will serve as the primary interface with end-users of our software and online product offerings. You will also provide light administrative support.

Customer Service Specialist Daily Duties:

•    Handle all incoming support center telephone calls and email inquiries

•    Maintain and deliver user guides and other customer-facing documentation

•    Provide basic troubleshooting for end-users, and escalated software issues when needed

•    Administration of tools to track product orders, warranty details, and other fulfillment-related information

•    Assist Manager of Customer Support in accomplishing all end user-related tasks

•    Liaise between customers and all departments within the company

•    Remain knowledgeable of company’s products and offerings 

Job Requirements

Customer Service Specialist Requirments:

•    High School diploma/GED

•    Experience working with customers via telephone and email

•    Strong background using personal computers

•    Experience with software troubleshooting

•    Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Business Suite software 

•    Strong organizational and time management skills

•    Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
