Job Description

 

  • The employee will be taking customer service calls, answering customer questions, checking order status

  • Makeing Phone calss

  • Also will be managing their web sites (pulling orders down from their web site, conforming that product is available, getting the order ready for order entry.

  • Once the orders are ready to ship, will be submitting routing request.

  • Then supplying the shipping department with that information.

  • Once the order ships, then will need to be invoiced on their site.
