Prestigious large National Legal Services company has a new and exciting position for a Data Entry Manager. You will be working in their Boca Raton office..

* Manage Data Entry team, consisting of 24 employees that work onsite and remotely.
* Accomplish data entry human resource objectives by interviewing, onboarding, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
* Motivate, coach and train staff in person and remotely.
* Manage the team calendar, and employees' time off and time cards.
* Problem solve and communicate with Management and Sales Team.
* Carry out daily work operations by initiating and enforcing data entry goals.
* Determine data entry service requirements by using benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
* Improve data entry quality results by completing audits; identifying trends and determining system improvements.
* Achieve data entry operational objectives with productivity, quality, customer-service standards and resolving problems.
* Manage the team budget.
* Coordinate training schedules with Management and Trainers.
* Supervise special data entry projects by assessing, assigning and following the project to completion.
* Oversee the running of the office suite and communicate all necessary information to the local manager.
