Lyneer Staffing is seeking a Digital Video Asset Coordinator for a leader in entertainment, serving an audience of fans around the world. With over 8,000 hours of programming, delivered in 50 languages, across 200+ countries, their mission is to craft content that inspires, informs and entertains. 

Our client is seeking a Video Asset Coordinator, based in New York City. In this role, you’ll be analyzing data from legacy systems, and formatting and validating data to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you’ll process new video assets for multiple brands. 

Day to Day:

• Clean and organize a variety of spreadsheets to make data sets uniform and precise

• View assets with related metadata to check for duplications or to relate associated assets together

• Create new groupings of assets based on the metadata/attributes

• Associate related assets to parents and identify sources of some assets

• Label unused or obsolete records for removal

• Communicate with business partners to ensure timely receipt and accuracy of data

• Process delivered videos - requesting metadata and images and publishing to platform based on programming strategy

• Work closely with Production Manager, Editorial, Social and Video Producers to manage delivery and scheduling of video assets from linear production companies

• Track video delivery schedule across brands and clearly communicate anticipated and unanticipated problems and assist in troubleshooting and help resolve.

Job Requirements

• The ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

• Must have high attention to detail, superb organizational skills and be a self-starter

• Ability to take ownership of complicated efforts

• Assist with maintaining documentation of data and reporting processes
