Lyneer Staffing currently seeking a client services associate and executive assistant to support our managing director in our corporate office.

The Admin hired for this role will work directly with the team to provide support administratively, as well as calendar management, and travel scheduling. He or she will work with our director to gather reports, metrics, and attend conference calls and with end clients on our managed services division.

Other duties include providing basic help desk assistance to clients using VMS software.

This person should have a strong background in administrative work in a fast-paced environment, good communication (verbal and written), knowledge of MS Office programs, and a desire to help the team grow the business vision and client base. A background in staffing, vendor managed services, and customer service is strongly preferred.

A professional demeanor and ability to multitask are highly desirable. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
