Job Description

Executive Administrative Assistant needed in Princeton, NJ on Temp to Perm basis!

Duties include:

  • Assist staff in carrying out administrative duties
  • Provide wide range of administrative support including complex calendar management, travel planning, event planning, document creation and organization and maintenance of files for staff.
  • Maintain close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the staff.
  • Working cooperatively with other support staff to provide appropriate support as needed.
  • First line of contact: answers phones.
  • Schedule conference calls, videoconferences, webinars and meetings with staff and external customers.
  • Manage and maintain calendars; schedule appointments, arrange internal and external meetings.
  • Perform word processing, proofing and editing of correspondence, reports, mailings, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage staff travel arrangements including reservations, itineraries, ground transportation; process related travel expense reports.
  • Develop presentations using charts, graphs and slides within PowerPoint.

Position paying $20 - $23 per hour on temp basis.
