Executive Assistant needed in Yardley, PA - Must have experience supporting multiple C-Level executives!

Essential Duties:

  • Manage and maintain executive's busy calendar, including scheduling travel & conferences, making appointments as well as changes to appointments.
  • Answering and directing calls and/or taking messages.
  • Prepare reports, collect information and prepare presentations.
  • Prepare executive responses to routine letters, memos or correspondence.
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
  • Make travel and meeting arrangements and handle expense reports. Create itineraries and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Create Powerpoint presentations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • BA/BS or 5+ years' experience supporting C-level executive
  • Advance MS Office Skills - Will be tested.
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills
  • Travel to offsite executive and client meetings required.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus but not required
  • Ability to work overtime and adjust schedule to meet business demands and critical deadlines.

Paying $25 - $27 per hour.
