Lyneer Staffing solutions is looking for an Executive Support employee for a full time, direct hire position.


  • Responsible for supporting high-level executives with office management, real estate, general construction, agency processing
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, meetings, conference room meetings, meeting agendas and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Greet visitors and overall office management
  • Read & analyze incoming memos, emails, financial statements, financial reports and other documents to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Prepare professional correspondences, memorandums, presentation packages and electronic presentations
  • Prepare check requests, checks, check distribution, financial statements, expenditures and other documents
  • Prepare bid packages, sub-contract agreements and consultant agreements
  • Track insurance certificates and preliminary notices.
  • Process contractor invoices, construction draws, change orders and maintain project-specific budgets
  • Document control: maintain hard copies and electronic filing systems of all correspondence, acquisitions, depositions, reports, city applications, plans, state permits, contracts, plans and all other project-related items
  • Maintain company critical date calendar, building leases, tentative tract maps dates, city approvals and public hearing dates
  • Maintains web site in conjunction with IT department


  • Proficient in word processing, excel spreadsheets, presentation software and Quick Books
  • Minimum 5 years experience in executive support
  • Background in real estate, construction, office management & agency processing
