Manufacturing Associate


LYNEER STAFFING SOLUTIONS is actively looking for, hands-on technical experience to join our Clients Manufacturing team in Fremont.


Excellent attendance is crucial for team to achieve success. He/she must have the ability to work with various teams in assembly including engineering, quality, and suppliers across a wide variety of issues/ corrective actions identified in production and field performance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Client and outside.


Responsibilities:
*Physical work including but not limited to pushing, pulling, gripping, twisting, reaching, etc.
*Ability to follow a required specific sequence of steps in a process repetitively for an extended period of time.
*Demonstrated ability to perform standardized work process and defined work instructions.
*Working for extended periods of time.
*Lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
*Use of tools that may produce vibration during use.
*Use of complex tooling that requires specialized training.
*Wearing Personal Protective Equipment: safety glasses, vests, shoes, hard hats.
*Evaluates the assembly processes and equipment to look for continuous improvement opportunities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills, comfortable presenting ideas and issues to peer groups and leaders. Escalates functional and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders.
*Positive energy and attitude


Requirements:
*High School diploma or equivalent.
*Must have the ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
*Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.
*Must be reliable, have good initiative, be committed, and be quality focused.
*Flexibility in scheduling must be fully available to work any shift assigned.
*Fabrication and/or body work (e.g. body repair, metal finishing, etc.) experience is a plus.


Material Handler for our Newark Location

Will ALSO be working in a Warehouse, stocking parts, retrieving parts, etc. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of Excel. Must have experience working with a computer. Located in Newark, CA.
At least 1 year forklift experience, clean DMV. Previous Warehouse/Material Handler exp.

Steel Toed shoes required.
