Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in their field, is looking for skilled Forklift Operators who have excellent attention to detail. In this role, you will either be using a sit-down or stand-up forklift to help move their products from storage areas to the loading docks.

Your Day

  • Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving storage items.
  • Using canners to keep track of the items
  • Transporting materials to different locations within their facility.
  • Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
  • Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
  • Identifying workplace safety hazards.
  • Adhering to safety management standards.
  • Adhering to production schedules.

Job Requirements

  • 1-year experience driving the sit-down Double forks is a plus
  • Valid forklift certification
  • Flexible schedule available for overtime
  • H.S. School Diploma or GED; ability to read and write well.
  • Precision and is very detail-oriented.
  • Ability to perform mechanical troubleshooting, especially related to forklifts.
  • Promote a team environment 
  • Good problem-solving skills and communication
