Your Day:

  • Complete candidate screening and hiring processes
  • Facilitate compliance with employee eligibility, legal documents, etc.
  • Assist in preparation and execution of orientation and training
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • Prepare and submit reports to the HR Manager
  • Create, maintain and archive paper and electronic files
  • Other administrative tasks as directed

Job Requirements

About You:

  • Experience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring, etc.)
  • Office or administrative experience
  • Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulations (equal employment opportunity, interview etiquette, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Top-notch people skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable with respect to confidentiality
  • MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Experience with calendar scheduling on Microsoft Outlook
