Location: Tyngsboro, MA

Hours:Â Â Â Â Â Â 8am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: $14.00-$16.00/hour

Major functions:

  • Build Strong customer relationships, loyalty and retention through exceptional sales/service and the presentation, awareness and understanding of our active product portfolio â¢Handle customer inquiries, process orders and resolved customer issues promptly â¢Place outbound calls to new and existing accounts identifying opportunities, decision maker(s) and related customer service needs â¢Thoroughly understand our value-proposition and match it to customer needs â¢Work in concert with the outside sales force to proactively increase market share â¢Assist with inventory management based on customer needs â¢Adhere to company safety policies and procedures â¢When necessary, assist with quality assurance with processes that include but are not limited to work instructions, standard operating procedures or other requirements needed to achieve compliance with ISO, Aerospace or other standards

Technical/Functional skills:

Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:

  • BA or BS degree (Sales, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent)OR substantial equivalent business experience required â¢1 Year or more of commercial experience â¢Prefer Plastics/Industrial distribution experience
