ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.


  • Serve as a point of contact and resource for sales team.
  • Work hand-in-hand with inside sales support and the sales team to communicate new product information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Assist with trade show administration (book space, order electric, logistics, etc,).
  • Support inside sales with the management of sales rep inventory.
  • Assist with account maintenance and presentation preparation for sales team.
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from internal and external customers via email and phone and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately.
  • Work together with customer service and shipping to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze, interpret and use sound judgment while assisting customers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products.
  • Must be available to travel up to 4x a year for national sales meetings, trade shows and any other applicable meetings

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED); Three to five years related experience with direct contact to customers/end users preferably in a medical device sales environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications is required (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
