Job Summary Manufacturing company located in Santa Ana is looking for an experienced, bi-lingual hands-on Inventory Coordinator to assist lead and drive the warehouse efforts. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment and be self-motivated with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, written and verbally from managers and co-workers and be able to read, write, give and take directions effectively in both English (and Spanish a plus); ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

Essential responsibilities include but not limited to:

Data entry and maintenance of all inventory product movement is essential;

  • Assist in updating the database to track the location, transfer and disposal of product;
  • Prepares and generates weekly reports for inventory management;
  • Assists in the preparation and conducting of physical inventories;
  • Reports to management areas of concern regarding issues within inventory control;
  • Assists in order fulfillment; packaging and preparing outbound shipping and returns processing;
  • *Assists in receiving, recording, organizing and distributing of all incoming products;

  • Provides timely and accurate updates into Shop works system;
  • Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds throughout a 8 hour work day, plus OT as required;
  • Assists in maintaining staged and organized inventory.Required Qualifications*Time and attendance required (Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m.);Verified references, physical and drug testing will be required. Experience in an apparel company a Plus; Compensation: Hourly position, $18.00/hr.
  • *Microsoft Word, Excel and overall computer proficiency (will be tested); *3 years hands-on inventory coordinator/lead experience within a warehouse environment; *Detail oriented, ability to work swiftly, efficiently and accurately in a very high paced environment; *Understanding and compliance of workplace safety and security; *A self-starter with motivation to lead by example;
