  • Utilize HR Admin to assist with administrative duties and record keeping.
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in Applicant Tracker
  • Maintain integrity of hiring process by following company policy and procedure as set forth by the Company hiring criteria; to include conducting verification of education/military service, verification of prior employment, background checks and pre-employment drug screens for potential employees.
  • Assist in preparing new employee orientation packages and conducting New Hire Orientation
  • Partner with Safety Coordinators for New Hire Safety Orientation and power equipment training classes for new hires
