Lyneer staffing is seeking an office /Customer service rep for a freight forwarding company specializing in air, ocean shipments and pick & pack solutions, with a network of more than 200 offices worldwide.
The client is constantly striving to enhance their relationships with core air and ocean transportation partners

They are now seeking a Customer service Rep who will be following the distribution operations of the Avenel Branch, in New Jersey in a fast pace office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Following incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Executing clients' requests thru WMS system.
* Checking EDI orders for Dept. Stores, POs and monitoring shipments status ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Problem solving management
* Data Entry
* Communicating with clients in a timely manner.
* Coordinating activities and priorities with co-workers.
* Addressing logistical problems and furnishes solutions to these issues.
* Meets with other managers to confer about products, shipping times, and distribution issues, among many other concerns.
Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook knowledge is required
