Lyneer Staffing is seeking a Customer Service office Rep for a Central New Jersey Logistics company in Monroe, NJ.

Contract to hire

General Purpose
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about Logistics
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Act as single point of contact for all customer inquiries - dealing directly with customers via telephone, electronically

• * Respond promptly to customer inquiries- research required information using available resources
* Handle and resolve customer complaints
* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints -identify and escalate priority issues
* Perform customer verification's for delivery
* Process Drivers paperwork
* Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
* Manage Logistics for customer accounts
* Keep of delivery transactions

Skills/Specifications:

* Energetic self-starter able to work in fast-paced
* Minimum 1+ years Customer Service Experience in Logistics
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
* Proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
