Day and Swing shifts available.

Shift1: DAY SHIFTS STARTING BETWEEN 6AM AND 10AM

Example 09:45 am to 06:45 pm

Shift2: SWING SHIFTS STARTING BETWEEN 12PM AND 5PM

Example 11:45 am to 8:45 pm

Please show up early before your shift.

Pay Rate: DAY $13.25 and SWING $13.75. Raise after hired full-time by company plus benefits and company food product discount!

Responsibilities

  • Must be able to stand and operate all related food production machinery and tools in order to attain daily production goals and objectives until shift is finished (8 - 11 hours).
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in compliance with all GMP's, HAACCP, USDA and other Quality Assurance written programs.
  • Execute a variety of routine tasks in food manufacturing including cutting, trimming, mixing, inspecting, sorting, packaging, and casing of product.
  • Make adjustments, set up, start up and break down machines to maximize production machine efficiency.
  • Can read numbers with accuracy, check weights to standards, plus understand recipes / ingredients.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma / GED, 1 year machine op experience or a combination of both
  • Personal Hygiene
  • Must be able to stand 8 - 11 hours a day.
  • Strong communication and listening skills critical
  • Great attitudes rewarded with good job and great team!
  • Commit to no drugs or alcohol use on site.
  • Show up on time every day for each shift.
  • Remove and store all jewelry, acrylic nails, tools, piercings, lighters, cell phones, car keys from pockets and body before entering food production facility area (nothing that could potentially fall into food can go into food prod area with worker.)
