Our Client is a global leader in support mail delivery solutions that exceed volume, quality and service level agreements standards, while minimizing costs to maximize margins. They are looking for a contract to hire Mail Sorter to join their team, are you a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy having a flexible schedule where you can work part time-limited days, or up to any 5 days of the week? If so, then our client is the place for you!

Job Requirements

Your Day:

  • Ensures that the mail is reviewed for proper date, postage, and bar-codes
  • Checks for presorting endorsement on the mail
  • Sorts and distributes mail (FedEx, UPS, Parcel Post)
  • Troubleshoot and remove mail piece jams from machine
  • Forwards empty & unsealed envelopes
  • Recognizes ineffective bar-codes and notifies the operator
  • Perform all additional duties as required

About You:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Capability to stand for long periods of time
  • Lifting required 25 lbs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Shifts Hours & Compensation:


First Shift - 7 am-3 pm at a pay rate of $10.00 an hour

Second Shift - 3 pm -11 pm at a pay rate of $10.50 an hour

Third Shift - 11 pm – 7 am at a pay rate of $11.00 an hour
