Job Description

Offers support to the Logistics Manager as well as maintains daily office functions, in his absence. Possesses exceptional attention to detail and time management skills needed for a fast paced environment.
* Maintains daily time sheets, paid time off and vacation schedules.
* Supervises and processes weekly payroll and billing.
* Schedules temporary coverage in the absence of full time drivers.
* Familiar with DOT regulations.
* Data Entry
* Communicates with drivers to ensure proper flow of productivity.
* Acts as Liaison between Logistics Manager, client and staff.

* Responsible for computer applications, database management and report generation

Monday -Friday 8-5 or 730am-4pm

15.00-
